When introducing to an existing project, which process should we start with?

For existing projects, we recommend a small start, beginning with processes where the scope of impact is limited and the effects are easily visible (e.g., test specification creation and review processes).
There is no need to significantly change existing processes; it can be introduced gradually, starting with deliverable generation and review support.
Initial preparation mainly involves registering existing documents (knowledge organization) and setting up agents.
