License Management
This page explains Agentiqs license management.

License Activation
This explains the procedure for activating your Agentiqs license.

- On the initial screen, select "Start Trial" or "Activate with License Key," and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the authentication.
- To verify your identity, you will receive a verification code via email. Please enter this code to verify your identity.
- An email titled "[Agentiqs] Email Verification Code" will be sent from
no-reply@denso-create.jp. - Depending on your network conditions, this will take a few seconds to tens of seconds to be sent.

- After identity verification is complete, register your license key and begin using the service.
For those using Agentiqs for the first time, we provide an overview of the entire process to get started as quickly as possible.

If you do not receive the email after waiting a few minutes, please check that the email address you entered is correct and that it hasn't been filtered into your spam folder, and then request a resend of the email.
If you still do not receive an email, please contact our support desk (agsupport@denso-create.jp) by email.
License Deactivation
Before uninstalling or replacing your PC, please deactivate the license for this device.

- Open [Settings] > [License].
- Click the [Deactivate Device] button on the [License] screen.
- The [License Deactivation Confirmation] dialog will appear; click [Deactivate].
- Once deactivation is complete, you will return to the initial screen.
Device Management
You can check your current license information and view/deactivate activated devices from [Settings] > [License].

- Open [Settings] > [License].
- Click the [Manage Devices] button on the [License] screen.
- A list of devices authenticated with your registered email address and license key will be displayed.
- You can deactivate licenses for different devices.
Even if you deactivate another device in [Device Management], it may not be reflected immediately (your own device will be reflected immediately).
Restarting Agentiqs on the device that was deleted will reflect the changes, but a temporary state of "it can still be used even though it was deactivated" may occur.
Handling Expired Licenses
When your license expires, the following screen will be displayed, and you will not be able to use Agentiqs. Please check (or purchase) your license key and re-activate it.


Troubleshooting

If you do not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder and domain receiving settings (
@denso-create.jp), and request a resend. -
If communication is blocked due to your company network/proxy environment, please also check your proxy settings.
