This page explains the steps for first-time Agentiqs users, along with the quickest route to get started and experience its value in a short time.
Agentiqs is not just a tool for chatting with AI.
By combining knowledge, AI agents, workflows, and external tool integrations, you can use business files and development tools to support deliverable creation, reviews, and improvement activities.
If this is your first time using Agentiqs, we recommend first completing the basic setup and verifying operation through chat, then using the sample data to experience the full value of Agentiqs.
From the Help menu in the upper-right corner of the Agentiqs screen, you can open a tutorial dialog in the app that walks you through the same flow as this page.

The basic flow for getting started with Agentiqs is as follows.

1. Set up the environment
First, prepare the environment needed to use AI in Agentiqs.
If an administrator has already provided a configured environment, this step is not necessary.
In that case, proceed to "2. Chat with AI."

- Set the API key and connection information if needed
- Make the AI available from the chat screen

3. Customize the AI
After you can do basic chat, customize the AI to match your work.
In Agentiqs, you can configure the purpose, role, reference information, and output format of an AI agent so you can use an agent suited to a specific task.

- Specify tools to use if needed
- Configure the output format and response policy

5. Experience the value of Agentiqs
At this point, you are ready to start using Agentiqs.
However, chat and basic settings alone do not fully show the value of Agentiqs.

For your first evaluation, we recommend using sample data to experience the following:

For the evaluation version or at an early stage of adoption, we recommend starting with sample data.

After you have confirmed the value of Agentiqs with sample data, try it with your own business files.
If you start with a large number of files or complex business flows, the validation scope can become too broad.
For the first attempt, keep the target small and narrow.
