This page explains the basic steps for chatting with AI in Agentiqs and how to use related settings.
Chatting
This explains the steps for chatting with AI.

Procedure
- Click [Chat].
- The AI chat screen will appear.
- Enter your chat message in the [Enter message...] text box and press the [Enter] key.
- The AI will generate a response, which will be displayed on the chat screen.
Attachable File Formats
- You can send file contents to the AI by dragging and dropping files onto the chat screen.
- File formats: PDF, Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Text (TXT/Markdown, etc.), Images (PNG/JPEG, etc.)

Utilizing Chat History
Enabling context settings makes it easier to get answers based on past chat history.

(Note) The more chat history referenced, the higher the cost per chat. However, it may be possible to reduce costs in the long run because responses are more likely to be based on past chat content.
Specifying an AI Model
This section explains how to change the AI model used from the chat screen.

Procedure
- Click the [Select Model] dropdown.
- A list of available AI models will be displayed.
- Select the AI model you want to use.
- The selected AI model will be used in the chat.
If no AI model is set
- If no AI model is set, the first model defined in the AI provider will be automatically used.

This section explains how to change the AI agent used from the chat screen.

Instructions
- Click the [Select Agent] dropdown.
- A list of available AI agents will be displayed.
- Select the AI agent you want to use.
- The selected AI agent will be used in the chat.

Setting up Knowledge
This explains how to change the knowledge referenced from the chat screen.

Instructions
- Click the [Select Knowledge] dropdown.
- A list of available knowledge will be displayed.
- Select the knowledge you want to use.
- The selected knowledge will be referenced in the chat.
About Knowledge Settings
- Knowledge can only be set if the [Use Knowledge] setting is enabled for the AI agent.
- Multiple knowledge can be set simultaneously.
- For instructions on creating knowledge, please refer to Setting up a dedicated AI > Creating Knowledge.
Knowledge Reflection Scope
- Knowledge set in the chat screen is session-limited and will not be reflected in the AI agent's persistent settings. If you want to use it permanently, please add the knowledge from the AI agent settings.
